Editor crashes with error: 'this application requires an ASN, so aborting.'

Hi there, I've Installed 5.4.0f3 on OSX 10.11.6 with WebGl, iOS and Windows support. I have an TeamCity agent running to do Windows builds and that was working fine so far. I started to update the build chain by adding build scripts for iOS and Xcode, and at some point here Unity started to fail on remotely triggered agent builds. Manual builds via the Editor GUI and manually executed build scripts via batch mode still work fine. But as soon as the build scripts are triggered by the agent Unity crashes with the log you can find below. A bit of googling brought up this: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6676370?start=0&tstart=0 But it didn't seem to help a lot. Any hints appreciated.
