Editor Script Causes Crash.

Hello. I've got an editor script that helps me generate levels for my game before runtime but it crashes randomly. What i'm experiencing is that the crash is instantaneous, and unity does not ask for a bug report. I've tried %LOCALAPPDATA%/Unity/Editor/Editor.log, but that does not contain any information about the crash, it only contains debugs. While my script is very resource intense, it's not meant for runtme use, so it's okay, but unity apparently does not like having a very heavy script. Mind you it's not too heavy. It possibly overloads some call limits in the editor as it involves a lot of recoursion and numerous dijkstra's algorithm passes on a 100x100 grid. When run with lower parameters it executes in under a second on my Machine( sandy bridge, 3ghz, no multithreading in my script). I can't imagine a larger workload being too much of my hardware. Anyone had this happen to them?
