My new game crashes on startup saying this message.

I have tried to find and delete the font called UNTC.ttf or something like that. Because I was on google looking for a solution. I can't find one. A lot of people have this problem and I can't get an answer.
Here are my crash files. This contains all of the crash error reports and everything needed.

My pc is running a Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit Intel Core 2 duo Nvidia Geforce 8600GM
