The game crashes only on some Windows devices

Out of a hundred testers, only one (!) get crashes on start-up (the usual crash window in Windows). I can not even imagine what could be the problem. Rebooting Steam / Computer does not help (yes, the game is already available in Steam and uses some of its services). Checking the integrity of files also gives nothing. DirectX 12 is installed.
