I've recently released a game on steam and i've had some reports of crashes. It seems only 2 players has experienced crashing so far and about 130 players have played it. So it does not seem like it's a huge problem, but I still want to fix it. My game is called Coin Flipper and as the title suggest, you flip coins. Every coin you can flip triggeres an animation which is a video file. The video format is in WebM (VP8) which supports transparancy. You can flip up to 21 coins which will play 21 video animations at once. Before release I tested this on both me and my brothers PC. I got a pretty good pc and my brother's pc is a little worse. It seemed to work fine on both pc's. The only thing was the gpu usage would get higher the more coins where being flipped, but It never went super high. it was around 10-30 percent. Sometimes it would just stay at 10% and sometimes it would stay at 30%. I played cookie clicker and other clicker game and it seemes like all of them used the same amount og gpu on my pc.
One of the players has a better pc than me and he had crashes every 10 minutes when he got to flipping 15+ coins.
What do you suggest I do? And if it might be something else that is causing the crashed, let me know.
