Editor crashes after build on any platform

We've had this problem for a while, hoping it would get fixed in an update, but no luck. We've dragged it since the first Unity 5 until now 5.1.1p2. Everytime I build, on iOS, Android, Windows, WebGL, or Webplayer (Which is what we're targetting) the editor crashes after the build is complete. The build is usually fine, but it's very annoying that Unity always disappears like that. It occurs both on OSX and Windows, on all the computers of our developers.
