My unity crash after starting play or when quitting it.

**Hello im 3d artist, for a project i downloaded new version 2021.3.20f.1. I tried to delete and download it again but doesn't solve the problem. When i open new project at urp 14 error appearing. (Didn't tried other templetes.) When i click start or try to quit unity crash happening. I will share my logs at bottom if anyone can help i will be glad thank you all !
