This is my first go with Unity. I am trying a tutorial here

As soon as i try to do the step where you have to save the scene. A save dialog popups and as soon as i hit save, BOOM. It crashes and all ican see is unity Bug reporter asking me to "what happened".
I also tried creating a new 2D project and just save the scene and same BOOM, CRASH, unity bug reporter on the screen.
What worst is that even unity bug reported is stuck at the midway when sending files.
I am using OSX yosemite 10.10.2. Where can i find the crash log.
Currently Installed verison is 4.6.0f3
Also, if itry to open previously created scene. It crashes again
